Most people are very busy fixing a problem that doesn't exist. It's a leads problem, a conversion problem, or an offer problem. Pick the wrong one and you'll spend six months and real money getting very good at the thing that wasn't broken.

Being good at business doesn't mean you can see yours. I coach business for a living and I still pay somebody to look at mine. Competence doesn't cure blindness. It just makes the blind spots more expensive.

Fix what you already built before you build one more thing. Most of the entrepreneurs I work with have a course and a certification sitting in a folder, unsold, paid for years ago. That's where the money is. The next thing can wait.

Boring is the goal. Repeatable, predictable, kind of dull. If your business needs you to feel inspired for it to make money, it's a hobby with a payroll.

If you have to max out a card to buy it, don't buy it. That includes anything with my name on it. Coaching bought on credit gets paid back in panic, and panic makes terrible business decisions.
